Ambassador Agreement

Welcome to The Circle. This agreement sets out how we work together. It's short, fair, and written to protect both you and Rose Vibes ā€” please read it before you apply.

1. About The Circle

The Circle is Rose Vibes' invitation-led ambassador program for curators, teachers, and tastemakers who share our products with their communities. You earn a commission on sales you generate through your unique referral link and discount code.

2. Commission & Payment

  • You earn 10% commission on qualifying one-time orders and 20% commission on subscribe-and-save orders placed through your referral link or coupon code.
  • Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts other than your own referral code.
  • Commissions become payable once the order has passed our 30-day return window and the customer has not returned the product.
  • Payouts are processed automatically on the 15th of each month for balances over $50. Autopay fees set by our payment processor may apply.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we will issue a 1099-NEC form.

3. How to Represent Rose Vibes

When you share Rose Vibes, you speak for the brand. We ask that you:

  • Share authentically. Your honest experience is more valuable than hyperbole.
  • Use the photography, captions, and creative assets we provide when possible, or create your own in the same tone ā€” elevated, intentional, and honest.
  • Tag @rosevibes and use the hashtags provided in our ambassador kit.
  • Only promote Rose Vibes on platforms and within communities where the content is appropriate and welcome.

4. Required Disclosures (FTC)

US Federal Trade Commission rules require you to disclose your relationship with Rose Vibes any time you share our products. Specifically:

  • Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories: include #ad or "Paid partner with Rose Vibes" clearly and near the top of the caption.
  • TikTok: use TikTok's built-in "Paid partnership" toggle and include #ad in the caption.
  • YouTube, blogs, newsletters, podcasts: disclose the relationship clearly at the beginning of the content.
  • When in doubt, over-disclose.

Disclosure is non-negotiable. Failing to disclose puts both you and Rose Vibes at legal risk, and is grounds for removal from The Circle.

5. What Not to Claim

Rose Vibes products are cosmetic and wellness products ā€” not medical treatments. You may never claim that Rose Vibes products:

  • Cure, treat, diagnose, or prevent any illness, condition, or disease
  • Replace medical advice, prescriptions, or professional healthcare
  • Produce specific medical, psychological, or physical outcomes

You are welcome to speak to how a product makes you feel, how it fits into your rituals, and its sensory experience. You may not suggest it will heal, cure, or treat anything. Claims that cross this line can trigger regulatory action against Rose Vibes ā€” please take this seriously.

6. Code of Conduct

As an ambassador, you agree to:

  • Represent yourself honestly ā€” accurate social handles, audience figures, and affiliations.
  • Never engage in spam, misleading advertising, fake reviews, or purchasing your own referral links to generate commission.
  • Not use Rose Vibes' trademarks, logos, or photography outside of program-related promotion without written permission.
  • Treat Rose Vibes customers with the same care we would.
  • Keep private any information shared with you as part of the program (pricing, unreleased products, campaign plans) until it is publicly released.

7. Termination

Either of us can end this relationship at any time.

  • You can leave The Circle by emailing us at info@rosevibes.com.
  • Rose Vibes may remove ambassadors at our discretion, including for failure to disclose, making prohibited claims, misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that does not align with our brand values. Where appropriate, we will tell you why and give you a chance to address the issue first.
  • On termination, earned and vested commissions will be paid out in the next payout cycle. Unvested or disputed commissions may be withheld.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Acknowledgment

By joining The Circle, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to this Ambassador Agreement, and that you will represent Rose Vibes with care.
