Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency and plan you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each renewal unless you cancel before your next billing date.

✏️ Manage anytime: Access the link in your order confirmation or renewal email, or log in to your Rose Vibes account to update, skip, or cancel future deliveries.

🚚 Free shipping: All subscribers enjoy Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous U.S. on every order.

🕒 Changes & timing: Updates to delivery frequency, quantity, or address must be made before the next renewal is charged. Once processing begins, changes apply to the following cycle.
Because Rose Vibes products are ingestible, we’re unable to accept returns of opened bottles for safety reasons.

Pre-Orders
Occasionally, we offer products available for pre-order—items that are out of stock or launching soon.
When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving the product in advance. Depending on the offer, we may:

Collect no payment until the product ships, or

Collect a partial deposit and charge the remainder once the order is fulfilled.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before fulfillment by emailing orders@drinkrosevibes.com.
If your pre-order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
