At Rose Vibes, we’re committed to fast, reliable, and sustainable delivery of your premium Bulgarian Rosa Damascena elixirs.
Below you’ll find details on our processing times, shipping options, and policies for both one-time and subscription orders.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all U.S. states and D.C. using trusted national carriers.
Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and Hawaii / Alaska are shipped via USPS and may require extra time.
Processing Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PT are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Expedited or express options are available at checkout (rates vary by location and carrier).
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking activity.
Address Changes & Order Edits
If you need to correct your shipping address or modify an order, please email orders@drinkrosevibes.com as soon as possible.
Once an order is marked processing or shipped, edits are no longer guaranteed.
Carrier intercept or reroute fees (if available) are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues
Marked “Delivered” but not received?
→ Email orders@drinkrosevibes.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment after review.
Damaged or incorrect items?
→ Keep all packaging and email clear photos within 7 days so we can replace or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
Our support team will still help resolve lost or damaged shipments where possible.
