Refund policy
At Rose Vibes, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality Bulgarian Rosa Damascena products. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our premium ingestible rose elixir, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Because Rose Vibes products are ingestible products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for health and safety reasons. However, we’re dedicated to making things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — and we offer a First Sip Guarantee for new customers.
First Sip Guarantee (First Order Only)
If this is your first order of Rose Vibes and you’re not completely in love, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method — no return required.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If anything arrives broken, leaking, defective, or incorrect, email orders@drinkrosevibes.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the outer box, inner packing, and affected bottle(s)/label

A brief description of the issue
We’ll replace the item(s) or refund the product price. (Please keep all packaging until the carrier claim is resolved.)
Returns (Unopened Only)
For safety, we do not accept returns of opened bottles.
If you change your mind, we can accept unopened, sealed bottles in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive your package, contact orders@drinkrosevibes.com within 7 days.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment at our discretion after the claim review.
How to Start a Request
Email orders@drinkrosevibes.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
If a physical return is authorized, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Do not send items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility (or receipt/inspection of the return, when applicable).
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
Purchases from Other Sellers
If you purchased Rose Vibes from an authorized retail partner (store, café, or marketplace), please follow their return/refund policy.
We can only process orders placed directly on drinkrosevibes.com.
California Legal Compliance
As required by California Civil Code Section 1723, this return policy is clearly displayed for customer awareness.
Rose Vibes provides this policy to ensure transparency and protect consumer rights.
European Union Orders (If Applicable)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, except for sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and for perishable goods.
Rose Vibes will apply this policy accordingly for EU orders.
