Account and Payments
How do I log in?
You can access your profile to log in. Enter your email and use the one-time verification code—no password. From your account, you can view orders and manage subscriptions.
Manage or cancel subscription
Use the manage-subscription link in your order/renewal emails or log in to skip, pause, update, or cancel any time before the next billing date.
When am I charged?
Subscriptions auto-renew on the schedule you chose and charge the saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Update address or payment
Update details in your account before your next charge date to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If an order is processing, changes apply to the next cycle.
Returns & refunds
Opened bottles aren’t returnable. First-time customers have a 30-day First Sip Guarantee—email us for a refund of the product price. Damaged/incorrect items are replaced or refunded.
Discount codes & subscriptions
Most codes apply to one-time orders and can’t be stacked. Subscription discounts are built-in and usually can’t combine with other offers.

Shipping and Handling
Where do you ship + timing
We ship to all U.S. states and D.C. Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM PT typically ship the same or next business day. Economy delivery is usually 5–8 business days.
Shipping cost
Subscribers get free standard shipping on recurring orders. One-time orders: rates are shown at checkout. Limited-time promos may offer free shipping for first orders.
Track my order
You’ll get a tracking link by email when your package ships. Carriers can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Change address after purchase
Email orders@drinkrosevibes.com ASAP. Once an order is processing or shipped, edits aren’t guaranteed; carrier intercept/reroute fees (if available) are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivered but not received
Email us within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier and may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment after review.
Damaged or incorrect item
Keep all packaging and email photos within 7 days. We’ll replace or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes—these ship via USPS and may require extra time.
