When am I charged?

Returns & refunds
Opened bottles arenโt returnable. First-time customers have a 30-day First Sip Guaranteeโemail us for a refund of the product price. Damaged/incorrect items are replaced or refunded.

Where do you ship + timing
We ship to all U.S. states and D.C. Orders placed MonโFri before 12 PM PT typically ship the same or next business day. Economy delivery is usually 5โ8 business days.

Subscribers get free standard shipping on recurring orders. One-time orders: rates are shown at checkout. Limited-time promos may offer free shipping for first orders.
Track my order
Youโll get a tracking link by email when your package ships. Carriers can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Change address after purchase
Emailย orders@drinkrosevibes.comย ASAP. Once an order is processing or shipped, edits arenโt guaranteed; carrier intercept/reroute fees (if available) are the customerโs responsibility.
Delivered but not received
Email us withinย 7 days. Weโll investigate with the carrier and may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment after review.
Damaged or incorrect item
